Butta la pasta
I was in the mood for some homemade pasta after watching Rachel Ray (a cooking tv host). But since I came at the end of the episode, all I was left with was a craving for pasta with no recipe. So I went to google and found this delicious recipe that I just had to try. I made a couple of substitutions like the type of pasta, used garlic sausage instead of chicken, added cayenne pepper instead of crushed red pepper and didn't add the peas. Actually, if you think about it I pretty much created my own pasta by the end of all my substitutions.
Ps: "Butta la pasta" is a phrase said in Italian meaning throw in the pasta.
Thanks for reading!

Makes me smile because that is the usual phrase my husband would say everytime he called on the way home from work! "Butta la pasta, amore.. ho fame!"
